Shipping
- Orders ship from our Bengaluru workshop within 2 business days.
- Delivery anywhere in India takes 3 to 6 business days and costs Rs 120. Orders above Rs 5,000 ship free.
- We ship internationally to 40 countries. International delivery takes 8 to 14 business days and costs Rs 1,800 flat.
Returns and warranty
- Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery for unused gear in original packaging. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
- Every product carries a 3 year workmanship warranty. The Firefly 38 seams are covered for life.
- Warranty claims start with an email to support@lumentrailgear.example with photos and the order number.
About
Lumen Trail Gear is a six person workshop founded in 2021. Every design is tested for at least 400 kilometers on the Kudremukha and Sandakphu trails before it ships. We make gear in small batches of 200 units and restock on the first Monday of every month.
